EPCs for RSLs

Since 1st October 2008 all properties to let or for sale require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Social Housing is property for rent provided by the state/government and semi independent, non-profit making housing providers - Housing Associations, more recently termed Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).

The Energy Agents has worked in partnership with many RSLs (Registered Social Landlords) to produce EPCs - required for council housing tenants wishing to exercise their "Right to Buy" and for social housing which is to be tenanted or undergo new tenancies.

Our qualified Domestic Energy Assessors are well versed with the sampling approach commonly adopted in RSL properties whereby a sample set of properties are assessed and subsequent EPCs for identical properties are cloned from that sample.
