The Energy Agents Ltd provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), floorplans and marketing photographs to the UK property market. We service property owners, Estate Agents, Solicitors, Landlords and RSL's.

We received the ABBE approved qualification with one of the leading training companies in this sector and are accredited by the BRE (www.bre.co.uk) which means we are working to strict guidelines and standards.

Latest on HIP's On May 20th the Government announced it was suspending the requirement for Home Information Packs. As of May 21st they are no longer a legal requirement. The Energy Performance Certificate was retained and one must be ordered and paid for before a home is put on the market. More news as we get it!
